This page explains what personal information I, Odelyah Di Veroli (Odelyah Coaching), collect when you use this site or work with me, what I do with it, and the choices you have.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
When you book a session, I add your email address to my mailing list. I use it only for occasional updates about my coaching. You can unsubscribe at any time, by using the link in any of those emails or by writing to me, and I will remove you straight away. Unsubscribing does not affect our sessions.
I do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. I use a small number of services to run my practice, and each one handles only what it needs:
The ICF may ask to see my coaching log when I apply for or renew a credential, and may contact you only to confirm that the coaching took place. The log holds your name, contact details and session dates. It never includes anything we talked about.
These companies may store information outside the country you live in. What you say in our sessions is covered by the confidentiality section of the coaching agreement.
I keep your information for as long as is necessary for the purposes above, including the records I am required to keep for tax and for my ICF credentials. When it is no longer needed, I delete it.
You can ask me at any time to show you the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. I will do so unless I am required to keep it, for example a payment record. Write to me at hello@odelyah.com.
If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page. Last updated October 2026.
